Traditional Cider from Mid Wales

Another busy cider making season is over and the 2011 cider juice is fermenting away, ready for the Summer of 2012. There is plenty of excellent 2010 cider still available in the meantime. Work is continuing on the orchard, with yet more trees being planted this winter. There are over 80 varieties of tree in the orchard now, and about 175 trees in total.

Old Monty Cider is a multiple award winning still cider produced in Mid Wales, using traditional methods and locally sourced apples.
